OUR MISSION

We aim to provide an alternative in healthcare for the greater Rochester community and surrounding areas. By offering natural and holistic treatments at a reasonable cost, we seek to compliment your regular medical team, offering options in pain management, internal disorders, and more. Our goal is to be a center of relief, guidance, or respite where there wasn’t one before.

WHAT WE DO

We seek to provide relief from whatever ails you. Many people are looking for alternatives that can supplement their regular medical care and help improve their quality of life. We aim to bridge that gap. You are not your symptoms. Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine considers the person in their entirety. This means that we will not only treat your symptoms, but aim to bring your entire system back into balance. Less pain, less stress, more balance, more inspiration for a healthier life. That’s our goal for you.

About Us

courtney robertson, mstom, l.ac.

Always in pursuit of understanding natural forms of healing, Courtney earned her Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in NYC in 2015, where she also achieved the Kamwo Valedictorian award for top honors in the Herbal Medicine program. Prior to graduate school, Courtney became a licensed massage therapist in 2004, which began her career in alternative forms of healing.

Courtney continues years of success treating a variety of internal disorders such as digestive disorders, sleep disorders, anxiety and/or depression, fertility and women’s health, stress management, and so much more. Her skills as a massage and craniosacral therapist are incorporated into orthopedic and pain management acupuncture sessions, using many techniques to regain balance, restore function, and alleviate pain. She has also incorporated Facial Rejuvenation (Cosmetic) Acupuncture into her practice, taking years of stress off of the face and allowing one’s inner balance and beauty come to the surface.

Amy salazar, lmt

I am a licensed massage therapist who has dedicated my career to helping people make connections within their bodies.  With over 1,500 hours of training, I graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy with honors in 2010.  My goal is to provide you with an experience custom to your needs- whether you are training for a marathon, recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain or just needing to relax.

I specialize in subacute and chronic pain syndromes, with an Orthopedic approach, utilizing Trigger Point Release, Neuromuscular Therapy and Advanced Myofascial Techniques, with additional training in Sports Massage, TMJ Massage and Pre/Postnatal Massage.

My work is integrative; slow, deep and specific, which while being therapeutic can still be deeply relaxing.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you!
